Monkfruit contains high levels of mogroside V, a compound that our taste buds detects as very sweet, but which doesn't contribute any calories when consumed.

Simple ingredients list: only 4 for syrup and 2 for powder packets.

Compared to the metallic aftertaste of stevia, or the lingering herbal taste of other monkfruit sweeteners, Monki has a very clean taste profile.

We are the only product on the market that is sweetened ONLY with natural monkfruit extract.

Erythritol is considedred "natural", because it can be found in trace amounts in nature, like in corn, but this amount is so small that it can't be extracted. Most erythritol you consumer is fermented commercially.

Erythritol, like other sugar alcohols, can cause nausea and gastrointestinal issues.

Our powder packets are fully plant-based. To create a seamless 1:1 replacement for cane sugar, we pair our monkfruit powder with inulin, an excellent dietary fiber extracted from chicory root.
